Who the credential is for
For licensed professionals who use AI with clients.
If you use tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or a listing description generator in client work, the RAICP credential was built for you. You do not need a technical background, and your firm does not need to be enrolled for you to earn it.
Written for practitioners
The course is in plain language. It explains what goes wrong with AI tools in daily practice, and what you can do about it.
Earned, not attended
You earn the credential by passing a 60-question final exam. It is not issued for showing up.
Good for two years
The credential is valid for two years. A structured recertification path keeps it current after that.
Yours, not your firm’s
RAICP certifies you as an individual, so it travels with you. RAICB™ is the separate credential that verifies a whole firm.
The course
Six modules, written for the way you work.
The course is online and self-paced, so you can complete it around your client schedule. Each edition is written against its own profession’s rules. The real estate edition covers the six modules below.
AI literacy for practitioners
Why AI tools invent facts, agree too readily, carry bias, and sound most confident when they are wrong.
Finding the risk in your workflow
Where AI enters your daily work, and how to tell which uses carry the most risk.
Duty of care with AI in the loop
How your fiduciary and professional obligations apply when AI helps you do the work.
Documentation that holds up
What to write down, so that you can show your process if a client or a regulator asks.
Fair housing, disclosure and state rules
Where AI output can create fair housing exposure, and what disclosure rules and state laws ask of you.
Talking to clients about AI
When to tell a client that AI is part of your work, and how to say it plainly.
7 hoursof Texas real estate CE credit, TREC course 40089-RECE
